Blood Meal is an organic fertilizer with a high nitrogen content. It activates the balanced growth of crops. Providing a quick and balanced supply of Nitrogen favors and stimulates the physiological processes of plants.
In plants, most of the Nitrogen is found in high molecular weight compounds (proteins and nucleic acids). It is usually the macroelement that most frequently limits crop production. Nitrogen deficiency results in chlorosis in old leaves, with a decrease in the surface area of the biomass.
Characteristics
Blood Meal is a source of organic nitrogen, obtained from blood meal. Its nutrients are released gradually, covering the needs of the crop during its development.
Its application increases the photosynthetic rate and ensures the supply of Nitrogen at critical moments of vegetative growth.
Its origin and manufacturing process means that its principles are not washed away by rainwater or prolonged irrigation, thus avoiding the loss of nutritive material and the contamination of groundwater.

Application and dosage: The most common form of incorporation is by applying directly to the ground, it is advisable to carry out a superficial burial task.
Large crops: from 500 to 2,000 kg per hectare depending on the crop, type of soil, production objective, etc.
Orchards and small gardens: to prepare new orchards, apply 1 to 1.5 kilos for each hectare. 30 square meters and mix thoroughly on top (5-7 cm of soil). For new transplants, add 5 grams per hole, mix into the soil and water well. To feed established plants, apply 5 to 10 grams, depending on plant size and desired growth rate, once a month during the growth phase.
Outdoor Containers: For new plantings, add 1 to 2 grams per liter of substrate and mix well. To feed established plants, apply 1 gram per liter of substrate to the soil surface once a month during the growing season.
