Lighting kits consist of ballast, reflector and lamp. The most popular are Class II (Magneto and VDL) as they come factory-wired and make assembly easy (Plug&Play). Due to the power of the lamps, the kits are recommended for different growing surfaces; in general, 250W kits are used for 0.5 m2, 400W kits are used for 1 m2, 600W kits are used for 1.5 m2 and 1000W kits are used for 2 m2 (the use of Sun Rail is recommended to enlarge these surfaces).
