The Flora R/F Mixed Sleeve is specially designed to be used with the Flora M-F Reducer. These two pieces join together and serve to connect the FloraFlex® Air Bleed Valve.

You must insert the PVC pipe into the sleeve and secure it with special PVC glue. Then, screw on the Flora Reducer which will serve as an adapter to attach the Air Valve.
