Why is it important to control the pH?

Acidity is very important for plants as it determines their ability to properly digest nutrients. pH is what determines the level of acidity, so we must ensure that it is always stable. When the pH value changes, it can cause problems in the absorption of nutrients, leading to irregular growth.
