This allows you to regulate the pH for optimal nutrient uptake and stable conditions for beneficial microbes living in the root zone. When the pH of your nutrient solution remains in the “sweet spot” (pH 5.5-6.5), there are enough essential elements for your plant roots to achieve maximum yield and abundant harvests.

All of Emerald Harvest’s premium base nutrients and supplements are pH buffered, so if you use our full line of products, you probably won’t need to adjust the pH of your nutrient solution. However, when grown in certain media, such as rockwool or coco coir, you may want to adjust the pH.
