Jack Puck presses are modern pollen presses that allow you to obtain high yields, almost effortlessly.

A gentle, mechanical pressing will give you high quality results, without the powder mixing with your extracts or altering the natural color of the crystals.

How they work

The hydraulic jack provides maximum pressure, so it requires minimal time to deliver results. The lever is what will activate the hydraulic compressor. Using the press is very simple:

1. Add the plant extracts into the molds (it is recommended to include greaseproof paper at the base of the mold).
2. Seal the chamber.
3. Compress the paste with the lever. Let it compress for at least 1-2 hours, although for a more compressed result you can leave it much longer.

For best results it is advisable to heat the mould and the base before starting the process, reaching around 75ºC to activate the chemical processes of the resins.

Versatile presses

The two-ton press allows the moulds to be disassembled and combined in their different sizes and shapes. There are various moulds that you can purchase and exchange.

Jack Puck presses are available in 2 and 8 ton versions, as well as with cylindrical or square moulds. You can choose between different shapes and pressure power, making these presses very versatile and with multiple functions.
