Purple Afghan Kush Ryder is derived from Kush strains grown in the Hindu Kush mountain range and crossed with a Cannabis Ruderalis Purpusii specimen over several generations. This combination has resulted in a strain with Indica characteristics and a purple autoflowering flowering pattern.

Purple Afghan Kush Ryder can be grown both indoors and outdoors, reaching heights of between 80 and 100 cm, and even more. Its potency is high, with a relaxing, almost narcotic effect, which gives it a high medicinal value. The aroma and flavour of this strain, like its predecessor Afghan Kush, evoke good Afghan hash, with intense aromatic notes.

Since its flowering does not depend on the photoperiod, it can be grown outdoors at any time of the year, although its yields are better in optimal environmental conditions.
