The Kappa series from Solux has been developed for efficient use in large indoor projects, but is also suitable for small projects for personal use. This luminaire combines a generation of new highly efficient agricultural LEDs from the Samsung brand and passive cooling at the highest level, which greatly increases its efficiency. This not only maximizes the savings potential, but also increases quality and avoids problems, as it has no moving parts (fans).
Indoor crops, high light intensities with a massive photon flux density are required. Kappa provides this type of light to achieve the best harvests, consuming less electricity and maximizing the exposed surface by distributing the light emission points along the aluminum profile. In this way, the light reaches the lowest leaves of the crop.
The passive cooling system based on striated aluminum fins allows silent and maintenance-free operation of the luminaire.
