It is a good complement to Phytoseiulus persimilis present in #Ref802012 to fight against red spider mite, since it is more resistant to high temperatures and low humidity; it can be released preventively even if there is no infestation. If red spider mite is present, introduce 250 to 500/m2. Repeat the release if necessary. It should be introduced when the first red spiders appear and they can be found on the underside of leaves actively searching for their prey. This mite preys on all stages of several species of red spider mite.

Spical-Plus sachets contain 100 predatory mites at all stages. These sachets are small bio-factories that continuously produce Neoseilus californicus for several weeks.

How to use

• Hang the sachets in the crop.
• The sachets should be handled by the cardboard strip at the top.
• Spical Plus tolerates a range of chemical pesticides, and should be used in combination with Ref#802012.
• Beneficial biological organisms have a very short life cycle, so storage will be 1 to 2 days.
• Store at 17-20º C and in a dark place.
• The dose of Spical is 250 to 500 individuals per square meter and the dose of Spical-Plus (sachet) is 1 sachet per plant (1 sachet for every 3 plants if the plants touch each other). Always use Spical together with #Ref802012.
