The MT Tumbler 500 Med is a medical cannabis peeler designed and manufactured in stainless steel to comply with cGMP requirements and EC regulations 2023/2006, EC 1935/2004, on good manufacturing practices for materials that come into contact with food and 2006/42/EC and 2014/30/EU of the EC directive.

This peeler has the ability to work in fresh and dry conditions. You simply have to change the peeling drum according to your choice. By default, this machine is supplied with a fresh drum. These drums are large in size to promote the flow of the flowers and preserve their quality, which are made of stainless steel with tempered steel blades treated for food use. They are capable of making 320 cuts/second when working in conjunction with the 11-blade reel. The work performed by the fresh blade is equivalent to that performed by 15 people, which may be greater as production volume increases. It can be joined to another MT Tumbler 500 Med to scale performance, for which you will need some rails to tilt both machines and promote product circulation.

The MT Tumbler 500 Med is easy to keep in good condition since it does not require tools for basic maintenance and all its components are water resistant, allowing for deep cleaning without problems with hot pressurized water and disinfection with Master Clean.

The peeler has a double safety detector, on the top cover and the side cover, to cause the machine to stop completely in the event of misuse.
