Kelp Meal is a soluble formulation developed from algae from the North Atlantic that are harvested, selected and processed on the same coastline to maintain its bioactive material with maximum freshness and vigor.

Characteristics: 

The presence in its composition of alginic acid, mannitol and phytohormones, which contribute to the absorption and translocation of nutrients, generates a synergistic effect that improves the crop’s response to adverse conditions and promotes hormonal activity in various phenological phases, which favors increased yield.

It is the ideal supplement for all types of plants, herbs and flowers.

Application and dosage: 

The most common way of incorporation is by applying directly to the ground, and it is advisable to carry out a superficial burial task.

• Fruit trees: Apply 15 to 30 grams in each planting hole prior to transplanting and mix well with the soil. For established plantations, apply 100 grams for every 2.5 cm of trunk diameter, spread over the root zone of influence and water well.
• Field vegetable crops: apply 225 to 450 kilos per hectare depending on the needs of the crop.
• Orchards and small gardens: to prepare new orchards, apply 0.5 to 1 kilo for every 10 square meters and mix thoroughly on top (10 cm of soil). For new transplants, add 5 to 10 grams per hole, mix into the soil and water well. To feed established plants, apply 5-10 grams per plant, depending on plant size and desired growth rate, once a month.
• Outdoor Containers: For new plantings, add 1-2 grams per liter of substrate and mix well. To feed established plants, apply 1-2 grams per liter of substrate to the soil surface once a month during the growing season.
